Still not feeling right 5 weeks after passing a stone — anyone else?

It's been 5 weeks since I passed a stone. I've had a CT and an ultrasound — the ultrasound I got today showed nothing, but I'm still waiting on the CT scan results from 2 weeks ago.

I'm still having lower back pain and my stomach hurts sometimes. I can't even stretch without it hurting or feeling tight. I'm still peeing constantly and staying hydrated, but that pinching feeling in my urethra is still there (it's not a UTI)

Anyone else? Could I have another one even if the ultrasound didn't pick it up? I've been feeling like this for 3 weeks now

Yeah, it's possible a small stone is still left. An ultrasound can easily miss that — the CT scan is what'll tell you for sure if that's the issue.

I'm honestly hoping the CT comes back and tells me I do have one. I'm scared this is going to be endless and I'll feel like this forever. It's been 2 and a half months all told

You'll always be at higher risk of stones, but it's unlikely to be never-ending if you take the right steps, especially staying well hydrated. Did you send the stone you passed off to a lab? Look up cystinuria — that'll give you an idea of what a truly lifelong problem looks like. They're taking an awfully long time to report that CT scan!
